“Sort of weird question. Headphones are great. Does anybody else hear their heartbeat in the total silence when they have then on, especially when sitting on heavy, solid couch or armchair? Any suggestions on how to cancel out?”

In extreme quiet environments like these headphones can produce, it isn't unusual to hear your heartbeat. It is a function of blood flow and inner canal sensitivity inside the skull and there isn't anything you can do on the headphones to accommodate. You might want to have some level of sound present to make the heartbeat less obvious if it really bothers you.
