• Not to any considerable extent. It would have to be very quiet, and someone else would have to be very close to you in order to hear what you're listening to. So if your situation is something like public transit, then you'd definitely be fine.

• None. Pretty much no sound will leak out of these cans. I even asked my friends while we were at a library and they all said no.
