• I wear Starkey Halo 2 - mid priced model - open ear, Bluetooth hearing aids. I love the comfort of my new headphones, bought because of my discomfort with on the ear headphones. Sound (clarity) remains excellent. Make sure you are not streaming your sound to your hearing aids, if an option. Found that it was better to use the combo without that feature of my specific hearing aids. P

• There shouldn't be any issues, the headphones are over the ear, so it will enclose the war without contact.
