• In the case, there is a 3.5mm male-to-male cable which should allow you to connect to most airplane jacks. If however you are in a plane that requires a dual 3.5mm plug, an adapter is also included in the case.

• Hi Davidz, It will depend if the Airline supports the use of Bluetooth devices. As an alternative, you may use the supplied headphone cable for a wired connection. ~Ralph

• They do come with a 3.5mm headphone jack, as well as being able to connect via bluetooth and NFC. so if your flight seat has access to any of these 3 options, you are all set.

• yes they will work on airplane as long as you have a bluetooth connection or 3.5mm jack connection as these do include a 3.5mm cable.

• If you bring along the cord, then yes, they will work beautifully. They changed the case on the XM3s and it is much easier to bring that cord, the airline adapter (which I haven't used in over a decade), and the charge cable. They all fit nicely between the ear cups.
