• It is adjustable, these are very comfortable with big comfy pads and they should fit most head types, I have a big head and have to adjust them when I take them out of the case just like any other headphone.

• The headset is adjustable. It adds an inch to each side in length. Fits perfectly for me.

• I'm not sure why the description on the Best Buy website says "Adjustable Headband No." In fact, the headband is adjustable. The headband expands on both sides by about 1 and 3/8 inches, so it should fit most people. Hope that's helpful.
