“Hi,i have the sony1000xm4 headphones and i bought the V-MODA BoomPro microphone to connect to my iphone 12 to make calls but each time i connect the mic to the headphones they disconnect from my bluetooth on my iphone.how can i fix this?”

• Don’t use the boom mic. the microphones on the wh1000xm4 are plenty good for making calls.

• Hi Lexi83, Thanks for your inquiry. If the V-MODA BoomPro is connected via Bluetooth, unfortunately, the iPhone only allows one BT device at a time. Regards, -Ralph
