Yes, download the Headphones Connect app from Sony for the iPad. You should be pair to PC like any normal bluetooth device. Keep in mind that you'll need to enable multiple device pairing through the app and up to a maximum of 2 devices.

If you do not have Bluetooth built in, it can still connect through a headphone jack which defeats the purpose of it being wireless. As for range, I can walk all around my home without hearing the signal fade at all. I have no idea about the IPadpro, but I'm thinking the same principles apply.
