I noticed the Surround Sound VPT feature isn't included for the XM4s in the Headphones app. Is this because there is no longer aptX support? Will the feature be included in future updates? null

i just was on the phone with sony and they explained to me that they took that feature out to lure customers into “360 reality audio” only problem is that 360 is only compatible with deezer and tidal

From what I understand, they've gone all in with 360 Reality Audio as their primary virtual surround sound option, which is compatible with a limited set of streaming services like Tidal.
