The noise canceling function of our WH-100XM4 is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. The XM4 provides superior call quality with precise voice pickup quality- which combines five built-in microphones with advanced audio signal processing to deliver clearer voice quality to the other person on the phone when connected to a smartphone or mobile phone that supports the Bluetooth profile HFP (Hands-free Profile) or HSP (Headset Profile). However, your voice will be heard from the headset through the headset’s microphone (Sidetone function).
