- Answer Hi AKN, Sorry you are having an issue with your WH1000XM5s, this is not the experience we would like our customers to have from our products. If the phone and headphones are connected once you hear an incoming call. You can tap the touch sensor control panel twice quickly (with an interval of about 0.4 seconds) to receive the call. If that doesn’t work, try reestablishing the connection to resolve the issue. The WH-1000XM5 headphones rewrite the rules for distraction-free listening. The WH1000XM5 has two processors that control 8 microphones for unprecedented noise cancellation and exceptional call quality. - Answer Absolutely not. It will mess up your noise cancelling and will cause weird cracking static sounds if you get water or moisture in it.

QuestionHow long do the cushions last? I've had the xb-900 N for probably a year or more and they've gotten really loose on my head as the cushions have deflated quite a bit.

- Answer I use them wired via my PS5 controller, using a 3.5mm audio cable. They work great so I would imagine it’s the same with Xbox. Sorry, haven’t used them with a computer

QuestionTwo quick questions. I've heard the cups on the XM5s are bigger but the depth is not. Would XM4s be better for big ears? Also, I am confused by reviews regarding ambient sound. If i want complete ANC with no ambient sound, can I set them just for that

- Answer The XM5 earcups are not as deep but my ears do not touch the drivers at all. As far as anc and ancient mode, there is a button on the left earcup that lets you toggle between the two. Both work really well.

- Answer There's no official water resistance. A little bit of sweat should be fine, but I definitely wouldn't workout or wear them during any sweaty activity. They aren't activewear headphones. I only use them for work, watching movies, listening to music, etc.
