“Would use these for a person who is 75% deaf in both ears.She does wear a hearing aid, the TV is new flat screen Visio smart screen, 4K etc. Will this work and can you also play the audio for those NOT wearing the headphones at a much lower sound level?”

My hearing is VERY bad and I am happy with these, I can set the volume high enough and with blocking out background it is easy to understand what is said
