This is a Bluetooth headset. Your TV would need to be able to send audio to a Bluetooth device. That's a rare feature for TVs. Most likely you'll need an adapter that plugs into the TV's audio output port and converts it to broadcasting Bluetooth. This headset does support wired operation. You'll need a long 3.5 mm audio cable, long enough to reach from the TV to where you're sitting.
