- Answer Hi Princessbride, The WH-XB900N headphones are designed to reduce noise so you can better enjoy your music. We apologize, this particular information is not listed as part of the product’s specifications. However, to give you an idea about the noise-canceling of the unit, it is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Although noise is reduced, it is not completely canceled. Hope this helps. Thanks! -Jess

QuestionDoes the mic work through the aux cable? Sometimes my work laptop is temperamental and Bluetooth just won’t work and I need to hardwire in. Other headphones with a mic will have three stripes on the aux connector and I only see 2 stripes on these.

The WHXB900 will work with devices that support the following Bluetooth profile: A2DP / AVRCP / HFP / HSP If your peloton device allows connectivity for output to a headset or it accepts standard 3.5mm headphone jack then you could use it. If you are referring about hearing your voice from the headset through the headset’s microphone, we apologize, this unit does not have Sidetone function. - Answer Hi Mary, Thank you for your interest in the XB900N. In order to hear sound from headphones and the TV speakers at the same time when watching TV or a movie, the source device must have multiple audio outputs. Some TV models can't output sound from both the Bluetooth headphones and the TV speakers at the same time. To output sound from both the headphones/Bluetooth audio device and TV speakers Sound can be output from both headphones or Bluetooth audio device and TV speakers by performing the setting below. However, the setting method varies depending on whether the TV is an A2DP-supported model. A2DP-supported models that can use Bluetooth audio devices have [A/V sync] in [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Audio output]. If the TV is not an A2DP-supported model - Press the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Audio output] — [Headphone speaker link] — [Off] to output sound from both the device connected to the headphone jack (3.5mm) and the TV speakers. Bluetooth audio devices such as Bluetooth headphones cannot be used. If the TV is an A2DP-supported model - Press the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Audio output] — [Audio to both TV speakers & other device] to enable it and output sound from both the device connected to the headphone jack or Bluetooth headphones, and the TV speakers. QuestionCan this headset be used with a land line telephone? If so, is there a cord to plug headset into the phone?

- Answer Hi Aqua, Thanks for your inquiry. In general, unfortunately, no. You cannot use these headphones with a landline telephone. If you're using a cordless landline phone, you'll be limited to using 2.5mm or 3.5mm wired headsets based on your cordless phone model. Unless your cordless phone has Bluetooth built in, you should be able to use a Bluetooth headset. Please refer to the landline telephone manufacturer for compatibility. Thanks. -Jess

QuestionBought an 82" Sam Sung, model : un82ru 9000 fxza, 2020. It has no auxillary portal or head phone jack for a head phone wired connection. Tried Prozor digital to analog audio converter model DACO1-didn't work. Sugestions ? Wired is best, thanks

- Answer Hi Franck, Yes, the noise canceling function can be turned OFF by pressing the CUSTOM button repeatedly until the noise canceling function is turned off. Each time the button is pressed, the function switches as follows and is announced by the voice guidance.
