• They can be used with cellphones and PCs however I don’t think they’re connectable with all smart TVs

• Trying to use blue tooth headphones for sound while watching television has a latency problem. In other words the peoples lips are out of sync. go with analog head phones.

• Yes - they pair via bluetooth so any device that accepts bluetooth headphones or headsets is capable of using them.

• Yes they are Bluetooth and I have not had any issues connecting them to my phone or tablets but I also had the app installed on both devices. I have not attempted to connect to a TV or computer that didn't have the app installed so unfortunately I can't speak for how easy it is to connect them to a device without the Sony App installed.

• Yes these connect with Bluetooth. My personal experience is Bluetooth headphones and Bluetooth speakers have trouble connecting to PCs with Win 10 operating systems. I don't know about Apple PCs. Connecting to a phone, tablet, or TV should be no problem.
