• I don’t think anyone can run any real distance without these falling off. Recommend trying them on in the store first.

• You can wear these to run but depending on the fit and the speed you’re running at the headband section might slip a little bit. But they have never fallen off for me because the ear cups fit my ears well and keep the whole thing on my head.
