“Has anyone else had their ear pads fall off? If so is there a good place to take them to get them fixed. These are by far my favorite noise cancelling headphones I have owned. I was bummed when my padding fell off and it is so difficult to get back on”

If I were you I would contact Sony directly. They may also have a repair option on their web page.
