- Answer Hi, Des! If this is for an Xbox one, unfortunately, you cannot connect these headphones to Xbox since The Xbox One console does not feature Bluetooth functionality. However, if your using a controller that supports a headphone jack input, then you can connect a headphone cable from the headphones to the controller. -Sam

- Answer I mow my yard with them on because the noise canceling toons out the mower, and I sweat with them on a lot. I would not swim with them on though. In other words they are not submergible.

- Answer There is no headphone jack that I can find. This is a Samsung un46d6050tfxza TV. Can I get an optical to RC adapter for the audio output jack? Will that work?

- Answer The TV would need Bluetooth capabilities to interface "wirelessly" otherwise you would need to connect the supplied headphone cord into your headphones port of your TV and use them wired. Alternately, you can find wireless audio transmitters that will accomplish this as a work-around.

- Answer The Sony app is where all the update info is. If they are comparable then it will ask you to update them. I have only updated mine once.

- Answer Make sure call volume on phone is up. Also, if not connecting to phone - reboot phone. Very simple set up for me with no issues.
