“What do you do if the ear piece is spun around? It doesn’t appear broken and the sound still works but I’m afraid to try and spin it back around”

• Check the swivel on the headset. It doesn't take hardly any force to move it.

• I've had it come off completely. Just slowly move it, applying equal pressure all around
