Supply your party with powerful sound and a variety of entertainment options with the X-Series SRS-XP700 Portable Wireless Speaker from Sony. When used for music playback, the multi-driver X-Balanced system inside uses front and rear tweeters and front woofers for an omnidirectional soundscape that better fills the space. Additional inputs allow the connection of an optional microphone or guitar, so you can let guests sing with karaoke, or play along using the SRS-XP700 as an amp. Add water-resistant construction, long battery life, and LED lighting, and the SRS-XP700 is an ideal fun solution for indoor or outdoor gatherings.
Best,
Maria
A:AnswerI usually use my Spotify, but anything Bluetooth will pair to it should play. It’s very easy to sync so I would think that you should be able to sync it to anything.
A:AnswerHi Pagupa, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, the wattage of this speaker is not a public specification that we disclose at this time, and here is why. Watts tells an incomplete story when judging a speaker’s performance. To be more accurate you would need to know the watts, the dB rating, and frequency range (Hz) of all the speakers in the unit. Also, the distortion (THD) rate and the number of speakers driven for the rating of watts presented on the box. Yes, those things are not standardized. Then do some math, and you will get a general understanding of the loudness and range of the speaker in question. Then do that for all the different companies and you could compare with specs, though even if they were equal, they may sound different due to processing. At Sony we try to give you the absolute best sounding speaker, that has all the features our customers have told us really matter to them. Hope this helps.

The speaker is designed to handle being connected to a power source for extended periods. As long as the speaker is connected to an AC outlet by the supplied AC power cord (mains lead), the speaker will manage its battery charge level even while the speaker is turned on.
