• You can use Spectrum Mobile because they use SIM card, I own Xperia 10plus with Metro PCS, just get a SIM card and insert it, call them giving my phone IMEI number and they active the service. Hopply that helps to you.

• Yes all I did was take my SIM card from my old device and put it in the new device and service was up and running
