Both! You can choose live time to send texts or place calls with either numbers with both SIMs are active. I did test this feature out and I like how it keeps conversations on same screen regardless of whatever number you use. You can control to disable and re-enable any SIM at any given time through settings or quick settings with a simple switch which I do between work SIM and Personal SIM if I don't want both active. Throughout a typical work day I keep both active.

It has 2 sim card spots and can use 2 at the same time. So a work and home phone can be used, all in 1 phone.

It's duel sim active so if you was a have both SIM cards in from two different carriers when you receive like a text message or phone call and they say they are number one or number two in the corner of the message or phone call representing the location of that Sim there for you know which Sim is receiving the information

It is dual-sim active. Both SIMs will receive calls and messages. Only one can have data active, as it is the usual with all smartphones. You can change which SIM to use data with at any time, on the go, just by a couple of "clicks" in the settings.
