A:AnswerI am not very familiar with hearing aides (yet) but the set of headphones is quite snug in it's fit and the padded portion fitting over the ear is only about 3 in in diameter. Outside to outside. I can say that the arm of my glasses sometimes starts hurting against my ear because of it pressing. Hope this helps ...
