Good balance of price and quality.
The overall sound quality is impressive, especially with bass response. It's the closest I've ever come to having theater-quality sound without actually being in a theater. The only change I can see a need for, is in the material(s) used for the outer "earmuff cover skin", as one's ears could be a bit sweaty on hot days.

The headphones are excellent for canceling most of the ambient noise coming from the plethora of lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and and sanitation equipment on my typical suburban street. I am often on Zoom taking classes, meetings, or professional developments which require the most attention.
