Customer Ratings & Reviews

I bought these for my sister and she loves them. They're plenty loud enough for her without us being able to hear them as well. She also says they're comfy and don't squish her ears.

I purchased these for my almost teenage son. When I say they are noise cancelling, you better believe it! I have to wave at him instead of call his name. He loves them so much he says the clarity is amazing and also they are not super big over the ears like some other headphones and also the ear piece moves 360 degrees so you can also face them outwards for others to hear or so that they aren’t right over your ear drum. Highly recommend and great price too! Thank you Best Buy. Your products never disappoint!!

Very good battery life, and comfortable, compact..

Good volume, good fit and comfortable on the ears. Headphones are well made.

Good headphones. Nice balance of highs and lows (for my 59 years old ears). Not too heavy but can get uncomfortable when wearing my eye glasses. Battery life is good too.

Excellent product. With 50+ hours of battery life, I can listen freely for days. The sound quality is good.

The unit is very comfortable, and the clarity is surprisingly clear, overall the unit is very satisfactory.

The JBL has good quality and feel comfortable while working out.

Bought these headphones for music purposes to record good quality and without a lot of noise. These are way better than I anticipated. Not only are these headphones great quality but no background noise at all. I will definitely purchase again.

I like them for day to day use! I use them every evening and really enjoy the sound quality of them.

The overall sound quality is impressive, especially with bass response. It's the closest I've ever come to having theater-quality sound without actually being in a theater. The only change I can see a need for, is in the material(s) used for the outer "earmuff cover skin", as one's ears could be a bit sweaty on hot days.

The headphones are excellent for canceling most of the ambient noise coming from the plethora of lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and and sanitation equipment on my typical suburban street. I am often on Zoom taking classes, meetings, or professional developments which require the most attention.

This headphone is good on every aspect. Sound, quality and bit
