All the ear buds connect through Bluetooth. If phone didn’t work then there should be a problem.

Please try again later.Regarding the compatible issue with iPhone 11 series, some customers indeed fix the problem by updating the IOS to the latest version, but some customers are still facing this issue after updating, so we are not 100% confirm the compatible issue will be fixed after doing this. Please be assured we're working on this problem now and the upgrade version of Liberty Air 2 will not have such compatible issue, but it will take some time for us to solve this problem totally, thanks for your understanding.
