If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists: 1. Hold Bluetooth and Vol+ for around 5-10seconds to reset the speaker. 2. Turn off the speaker and turn your Bluetooth device's Bluetooth off and then on again. 3. Clear all the pairing records on your Bluetooth device. 4. Restart your speaker and reconnect it with your Bluetooth device. 5. Try to pair the SoundCore Select Pro with another Bluetooth device to do a comparison test.
