• Hold down the bluetooth button and volume button at the same time to reset the speaker

• Reset it. When it’s turning on and right before or at that first beeping it does when powering on, press and hold the Bluetooth button and volume up button for about 3 seconds .DO NOT LET GO. It will beep, and make a different little sound and power off. When it’s off then let go. Go to your phone and forget the device in your Bluetooth in setting. After that turn the speaker on, and pair with your phone. Hope that was the problem!!
