• Yes, the Soundcore Select Pro does have a microphone (although I cannot tell where it is physically located). The microphone allows you to speak to your phone's virtual assistant (Alexa / Google / Bixby) and also allows you to answer phone calls.

• Yes it has a mic for answering calls, and actually works pretty well as a (possibly very loud) speakerphone.
