“When the monitor/screen is on, it gives out a light humming noise. It can be heard when you are in a quiet room. Does anyone else have this issue? It changes slightly when I adjust the screen brightness, & the noise goes away when the screen turns off”

Try changing the setting for the video cards, if you have it with the NVIDIA card running all the time, it will require more cooling, try to set it for balanced, that way you only need the Nvidia one when you truly need it, try to update the bios also, that may help
