“The light that the mute button has will not come on anymore, has anyone else have this problem? i've had this computer 7 days, but while i don't miss the light, it concerns me.”

Thank you for your question. There are quite a few reasons why the light will not come one, one could be a defect in the LED for that button. If it has gone out it would be covered under the warranty. If you are still within your return period you could exchange it at the store for another.
