I had the same issue with 2 of them, returned both (Model: 15-CH011DX, SKU: 6188321). Track pad felt loose with the slightest touch, no matter where you touched it. Push a little harder and then it clicked. I use my laptop a lot for work so this was way too annoying for me to put up with, especially for the price. I hope this issue gets resolved soon. Otherwise, I loved the laptop. Will probably wait a month or two until I try another one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I swapped the laptop out for another one from bestbuy. The second machine doesn't have the issue with the touch pad. Did a little research and it sounds like this is a common issue with previous generations of the Spectre laptop. Doesn't appear to be an issue with all of them though, so make sure you swap it out if you receive one with this issue. Even though it was functional, it was very annoying and unacceptable for a latpop at this price.
