“I had to exchange my spectre yesterday because the whole front panel around the mouse made a creaking sound everything i place my hand on it, but the brightness seems dimmer, anyone has noticed different brightness when exchanging laptops?? Or is it me??”

Thank you for reaching out. Have you verified the brightness is up all the way? You could take it to the store and compare the same website on the stores display model. I would imagine there could be some variation in the display but nothing that you would notice that obviously.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your screen is dim, It may have the night light screen adjustment on. Go to Settings, System, then display. Look for the Night Light setting. You can set it however you want. It does dim the screen some at night time.
