Yes, both Rhino 6 For Windows and ArcGIS Desktop 10.6.x will run on this system. It meets and exceeds all requirements of both programs by quite a lot in almost every category. Of course any plugins or addons will have their own additional system requirements, but it should be more than adequate for most if not all of them as well for some time to come. This computer has a very capable 8 thread Intel Core i7 processor which can run continuously for extended time periods at the full 4GHz max speed when plugged in. It comes with 16GB RAM and can be upgraded to 32GB in the future if needed. The only limiting factor would be the graphics adapter, which is an NVIDIA MX150 with 2GB of GDDR5 memory. It will definitely run the two programs in question, but for some extremely large and detailed projects, or with the use of some plugins, the OpenGL acceleration might seem a little sluggish if compared to some faster desktop class graphics cards currently available.
