“When I turn on my Sphero Spiderman, the eyes stay dark without lighting up. Is this common? Or is there any button or command to light up the eyes?”

• I had similar problem because I did not do set up the right way. Called Sphero and they helped me through it all. I highly recommend you call them.

• You have to press the chest piece twice. If that doesnt work pull up the app, it probably needs to be updated

• Press the button on his chest and his eyes should light up when turned on just make sure he he fully charged before trying to use
