• If it just the charging cord you mean? If so then all you need is to get a new USB to Micro-USB cord from Best Buy.

• I suggest calling Sphero and confirming with them. You can also bring the chewed up power cord to Best Buy and they can try to replace it with a generic one. Normally you only have to find one with a matching end and make sure it's the same voltage.

• i think the power core just a Usb. you should very easy to get a replacement from store. bring the core to BBY and ask them to get one for you.
