Hello! we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your product. Usually casters can be assembled by just putting the wheel back onto the base and sitting on the chair to make everything click together. If this doesn't work, we would recommend to contact Best Buy customer service for further support on getting a replacement. Thank you!
