No, this is just for blue switches. There is another version of this same keyboard that supports red switches. But if you want to swap out out switches for different occasions, there is a variant of this keyboard that supports swapping the keys. Here's the links.

Unfortunately no, they are not hot swappable. They are soldered into the motherboard. If you are an expert on soldering then you can buy a soldered.
