According to the SteelSeries support site you can use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm to hear audio but no mic support. Wire is not included. Have to either use Bluetooth or an Xbox Dongle or Xbox console for mic support. https://support.steelseries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027273532-Features-and-User-Manual

Yes, you can connect to a controller with a 3.5mm jack. the jack isn't provided though.

Nope. This unit is wireless. It uses the same RF as the controllers. It pairs with your xbox just like a controller does. If you're splitscreening, you can pair the headset with your gamertag.

nope. the only wire you can attach to this is a micro usb for charging only.
