No, it has 1 master volume dial on the right side ear piece and 1 dial on the left earpiece which increases/decreases the amount of audio you get from one source of the other. When you roll the dial down, you get more of the party chat until you can completely cut it the gameplay/video streaming app/music app audio. When you roll the dial upwards, you get more of the gameplay/video streaming app/music app audio, then you can use the master volume as you wish. It's kind of weird at first but you'll most likely get the hang of it, I know I did and it's fairly easy to get accustomed to.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The right earphone controls the game volume and the left controls the chat volume. Unfortunately it’s not just a chat volume on the left side but more of a balance. If you want to hear the chat higher than the game scroll up and scroll down to drown out chat volume. I usually leave mine in the middle or I put the chat volume slightly higher when in a party.
