I can confirm this, and found the culprit: it connects on the same 2.4 wireless signal. If your set up is close to your WiFi modem, good luck. 10+ feet away? You should be good. I returned mine and will wait to see if they release a patch later. I’ll, without hesitation, get them again. They are amazing when they work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1. Every wireless headset for Xbox one works off of the 2.4 channel so you can't blame the headset. 2. All you have to do is set your router to 5.0 channel exclusively and you will have 0 problems. This is an amazing headset and I haven't found another that simultaneously connects to Bluetooth and Xbox at the same time. Being able to talk on the phone and hear game chat is amazing, along with listening to music. Extremely comfortable and pretty durable.

I bought the Astro A50 Gen 4's prior and those are total garbage. Talk about a $300 POS, those have to be unplugged and plugged every time you want to use them.

The only time I have had connection issues is when I already had the wired standard headset connected and I turn on the headset as well at the same time you have to unplug the wired headset first before turning on the Arctis 9x. And also if you plug it into your laptop to charge let’s say. When you connect the headset to your usb on your computer to charge or even use it on said computer it disconnects from the Xbox so you jusy need to hold the connect button just like on your Xbox controller and connect again. No biggie at all
