• yes and no....... I'm on a desktop gaming pc with bluetooth connections and had issues with a crackling connection loss. Had to buy a xbox wireless adapter and it helped but still lose connection with them if I walk way more than 5ft from my computer.

• Yes, but if you sync to your Xbox it'll also turn on your Xbox...and keep it on. If you try and turn off your Xbox it'll turn it back on.
