Yep. It has a Bluetooth pairing option. I think it might even have 2x pairing (two devices), but you should check the manual to verify that is the case.

You can actually pair both phone and console at the same time. So Inbetween matches you can check ig or Snapchat

Via Bluetooth yes. Will support mic. If using a 3.5mm to 3.5mm wired cable then audio only. If using with Xbox it's nice because you can simultaneously play music off your phone or take a phone call while gaming.
