Questiondo files hang from sides or are they just sitting on bottom...why no recomended package deal for file folders hangers tabs offering a complete sysem...stackable?

- Answer The files hang from the sides. I would not recommend stacking them because I question the integrity of the lids. One of mine arrived chipped.
