“Ring light won’t change colors at all, it only stays red even when pressing the other colors, is there a way to fix it?”

I know this is an older question but i just bought this light and was about to return it for the same reason. However, I figured it out. So on the remote you have to hit the upper power button for the rainbow colors. You also have to hit the lower power button and it turns off the white light and you will get deep rainbow colors! Hope this helps
