• Mine was in the same package that they shipped the game in. I would call customer support and let them know you didn't get the preorder bonus.

• i got mine when I picked the game up in store, so maybe stop by a retail location with your receipt.

• I had to ask the store associate for my coin when I picked it up in-store. If you purchased online it might be shipped separately.
