Yes! When you look at the listing for the game on Best Buy, it should say "Included Free: 1 Item" and as long as that's there, you'll get the coin too.

Yes, you would. When ordering the game online, there is a link that shows the game shipping with an additional item.

Currently(11/27/2018) the page shows that the Coin is included for free. You should be able to tell, when you add it to your cart. The coin will be added as separate item with FREE as the price.
