They were because that's how I preordered mine. But it went very quickly, nearly 20 minutes after going live on Aug 22 around 2am. If you stay vigilant, everyone who wants one SHOULD get one. Why? Because Nintendo is going to continue manufacturing them well into 2018. And bring back the NES classic. So keep trying! You'll get it eventually

A friend of mine sent me a link at midnight, and once I ordered mine, it was gone. It only worked for seven minutes. Other people had that same difficulty. I've heard stories of the CEO of Nintendo USA saying they are going to make a lot more than they did the NES Mini as well as making more NES Mini's available. It might be really hard to get, but I have a feeling they are going to produce a lot more this time around. It's probably not the advice you wanted to hear, but just be patient. I'm sure you will get one in time. Please don't pay the 150.00 - 200.00 people are changing on other sites.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They actually were available for pre-order... for about 15 minutes before they sold out. I was lucky enough to get a order in. At least Nintendo assured everyone that there are plenty more coming, so don’t give up hope yet.
