“I was on the list to be notified by email when preorders were taking place. No emails came for the preorder that supposedly happened on the 23rd. I want to preorder to ensure I get the console. How can I do this?”

No one got notification emails, because they are stock notifications, not preorder notifications. They don't have stock, so we didn't get emails. When it gets to their warehouse, then we will be notified.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First, as you may know, many online retailer pre-orders have already sold out (Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart). You probably didn't get your email notification because they sold out so fast. When pre-orders go up, they sell out between 10 seconds and 15 minutes. I would suggest having a smartphone and signing up for NowinStock alerts, Zoolerts, or NowinStock's Google+ community page (especially this one). Alternatively, you can check online forums (like Reddit) or Twitter feeds (like Wario64). Even with all of this preparation, you'll have to be lucky. Good luck.
