“So what happened to the notification system for pre-orders. Why was I not notified? I have the emails stating the notification went in and I got one for the Xbox One X but not this and it sold out in the dead of night with no warning. People need answers”

No notifications were sent out. Best Buy pre-orders went live at one am on August 21 and sold out in minutes. I'm guessing that most went to scalpers who run programs (bots) that monitor web pages and automatically place (multiple) orders. The scalpers are already advertising the SNES classic on eBay for hundreds of dollars.

Not sure what the other person is talking about when he says they weren't real. They were.....I have email and text confirmations days later, plus my credit card confirmations and several news articles backing up the prelaunch

Please try again later.Best Buy.com pre-orders have not occurred, the other night it appeared they were up, but the link was not working and no pre-orders went through from what I was told. IF they had, and they sold out the website would say "sold out", but it still says "Coming Soon" so actual pre-orders have not begun.
