“I've had notification for when this pre-order will open for weeks ( since snes classic first appeared on your website), yet I got no notification at all. Then, sold out in middle of night 8/22...yet page still says "coming soon"...WTF? Found out from CAG”

To my understanding, notifications mean when Item are in Stock. Pre Orders are technically not in stock
